Mutual exchange - general needs properties
Mutual exchange is where a tenant who wants to move from their current home can swap homes with a tenant in another housing association or scheme. All the landlords involved - for example PRHA and the landlord of the scheme where the tenant wants to move - must agree to the swap before it can take place.
