Data Protection: Information held about you

Under the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act, you have the right to access all information that is recorded in a form in which it can be processed, such as on our computer system as well as paper files.

You have a right:            

• To be told about the information we hold about you
• Why we have it and who we may give it to
• Correct any inaccurate or misleading information
• Have copies of the information we hold: Please note we will be unable to pass on ‘third party' information without their consent. Please give us 3 working days notice so that this information can be copied and an appointment made to go through the information with you.
