Project Officer (Young People)

1 year fixed term contract
37.5 hours (including shift pattern and weekends)
Salary: £22,500 per annum
Our accommodation which is located just off Brick Lane provides a secure and nurturing environment for people with housing & support needs. We aim to ensure that the young people living in this broader homelessness service get the best possible opportunity to establish their independence.
You will be able to demonstrate that they have the required skills, experience and abilities to empower, develop and enable our young people to attain the skills and motivation needed for moving on into independent living. In addition, you will support them to create personal development plans to realise their employment/educational ambitions & also provide guidance & support to help them to develop their social & personal skills.
