Temporary Contract Manager (3 month Contract)

£31,000 per annum

40 hours per week (plus On-Call)

Providence Row Housing Association provides accommodation and support services to single people and families in East London. 

We are committed to providing responsive services from staff who are able to involve service users in every aspect of their support. In return,staff work within supportive teams, receiving the relevant training required to provide a high quality service. 

We have an opportunity for a Contract Manager at our hostel in Tower Hamlets, E1. 

With your enthusiasm and your willingness to make a difference, you will support the team to deliver high quality person-centered support to 58 people who are currently experiencing  a range of support needs including Substance misuse, mental health, dual diagnosis, physical needs, offending, violent challenging or anti-social behaviour, poor motivation etc. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring a psychologically informed enviornent
  • Ensuring each service user receives a service they have personally designed
  • Coaching and supervising the staff team
  • Ensuring a service that can respond to changing needs
  • Ensuring postive move on targets are achieved
  • Managing the health and safety of all service users and staff
  • Ensuring excellent relationships with all key stakeholders

Locum Assistant Support Workers

£9.75 - £10.00 per hour(dependant on experience)

we have vacancies on our locum bank for people who have relevant experience/skils to work in our support services and are available for adhoc work as and when required. The role will inlcude where necessary managing a caseload of residents, carrying out assessments and agreeing to levels of support and personalised support plans.

Support Workers will be expected to motiviate & empower residents and have proven experience of support planning, risk & needs assessment & key working.

Support Assistant will help residents to access community-based services & facilities to develop lifeskills so that they can move towards recovery and independent living.
